We recently had an alarm system with cameras fitted at our property using Smart Security System. We arrived at our property to find it had been burgled. We contacted this company and spoke to Raymond about installing an alarm. Raymond was very prompt in his reply and talked through all options. He installed the system super fast as we were only out for a short visit. He arrived at the appointed time and fitted the system with no mess. Raymond was very empathetic about the whole situation and was very straight forward and easy to deal with along with his assistant Jim. I would have no hesitation in recommending Raymond and his company for any security system. John Just wanted to add that a few days after alarm was fitted - we were away and got a notification on our mobiles that there were 2 intruders in our garden early hours of the morning. Raymond recommend before installation that we place sensors in the garden front and back to deter burglars BEFORE they entered the house. The intruders left as alarm sounded outside- I’m convinced they would have tried to break in without this deterrent. Raymond was the only alarm company we spoke to that recommenced this.

Compared two other large suppliers in Paphos and Smart for an apartment alarm in Paphos. Three door contacts and a motion sensor. Holiday apartment etc. Although one other supplier and Smart use the same Ajax system and a third supplier uses a different module I chose Smart. Pricing at Smart was competitive but was does it for me is Raymond the owner of this business. Straight forward to deal with and really listens resulting in less requirement for technical questions and he heads off issues by asking the right question. He came on site with the alarm system preprogrammed as regards settings and whole installation was done within 90 minutes. I found Raymond really good on communication and responsiveness and in my view deserves the business. Part of the decision to go with Smart was the one off cost for the alarm. Both other suppliers go down the route of key holder response or central center that picks up activations. Similarly with other suppliers ongoing maintenance contracts. Quite costly ongoing services. I am dubious about key holder security response as it may well be that someone will come out, but may not be in an office specifically at night. On call type arrangement. Seems sub optimal and one of the suppliers don’t do key holder response. So providing you have a friend or key holder locally when not in Paphos the Smart solution is straight forward. The app and key fobs are easy to navigate and Raymond removes the technical issues of programming settings by dealing with this. I chose to have SIM enablement and WiFi. Crooks are becoming clever and they know people leave WiFi on for alarms. In apartments they simply switch off the power in the central cupboard of a block, so WiFi goes down and system can’t communicate. With SIM and battery back up the AJAX system should still be able to notify activations when not on WiFi. So happy customer and for someone that has been visiting Paphos for 20 years and has seen the rise in crime first hand hopefully my alarm will make the crooks think twice before breaking in. So thanks to Raymond of Smart great service and all round experience. Long May your business prosper as you have the service attitude that is so missing in Paphos for this type of installation. No hard sell, no selling of what you don’t need.

Recently, I used Smart Security Systems. The company installed an alarm system that fully met my expectations. The most important thing about this system is that it triggers an alarm as soon as a burglar enters the premises. In this situation, any burglar will immediately flee and not even go any further into the house. If an unauthorized person enters my property, I receive an alarm on my cell phone, and I can see who has entered via the installed cameras. I can then immediately decide whether it is necessary to contact the police. I can constantly see the current situation throughout the entire property. With this security system, I feel completely at ease in my house. I can also sleep peacefully at night, knowing that no one can enter the property without triggering the alarm. Another major advantage is that I don't have to pay any annual fees. The system works to my complete satisfaction, and I highly recommend every homeowner to purchase this system. BEFORE smart security systems to secure my house, I had a contract with other security company for many years. I paid €600 annually for this. The installation of the system cost €1,500. During this time, I experienced two burglaries while I was away. An entrance door was forced open. The security company arrived 30 minutes after the break-in and called the authorities. After these break-ins, I asked myself why I needed a security company; they couldn't protect me from a burglary. Hanging billboards with the company logo on the garden fence doesn't deter burglars anymore. I couldn't see any benefit in hiring a security company to protect my house. You just keep spending money and get nothing. With Smart Security Systems I have saved money and I got a system that really works. Walter, Tsada Olympus

5 stars ***** After speaking with numerous companies l found Raymond the most knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very accommodating to my time frame. Due to a family emergency l had to leave Cyprus quite rapidly and Raymond moved his schedule around in order to get my alarm installed before my departure. As previously stated l found Raymond very easy to talk to and sincere. There was no hard sell as l got from some of the other companies in the paphos area. That came across very intimidating at times and others simply came across like they had no experience whatsoever. I can highly recommend Raymond and if your doing some research and considering getting your home protected. You need look no further.. Thanks again Raymond for fitting me in.
